Summary:
D&K Appliances is looking to hire a detail orientated, Service and Parts Associate to join our growing company.
A Service and Parts Associate would be assigned daily tasks that include customer-service, inventory control, scheduling, and assist the Operations team however needed.
Qualified Service and Parts Associates are self-motivated, organized, and committed to the needs of the company.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Customer service support and problem-solving.
Maintaining the organization of all inventory (on stock and on order).
Schedule Service calls for customers.
Processing service warranty claims via multiple manufacturers.
Support the overall success and growth of the Service department.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma and/or associate degree.
Previous experience in corporate support functions.
Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in basic computer functions.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
