1 Newtown Square, PA Newtown Square, PA Full-time Full-time $22 - $25 an hour $22 - $25 an hour White Horse Village is seeking to add a Move-In Coordinator to our sales team! The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the move in process for residents moving to a Residential Living Unit (RLU).
The Move-In Coordinator will support the process of RLU residents moving to other RLU's or Healthcare.
In addition, the Move-In Coordinator will assist as needed with tours and will coordinate the unit turn-over process.

As a nonprofit organization, White Horse Village reinvests earnings back into the organization to further the mission and vision Duties:
Attends every prospect appointment in the sales gallery and presents residence options and available upgrades.
Coordinates quickly with prospects who have made a reservation to complete the turnover selection form and to identify additional costs for requested upgrades.
Collect at the time of 10% deposit a separate check for additional upgrades.
Ensure that from the time of the 10% deposit that the prospect is ready to move-in when the residence is ready or at 90-days.
Meets with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by Director/Manager of Sales.
Manages the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move in, continuously promoting the community to that individual.
Helps facilitate in making the move to their new residence as smooth as possible.
Prepares closing packets and coordinates all aspects pertaining to scheduling move-ins and developing move-in guide.
Provides addendum to resident when modifying residential living unit and works with resident to ensure that they have a complete understanding of the upgrade/renovation approval process.
Communication with future residents regarding notices for projected move in dates.
Works with Property & Facilities team to ensure housekeeping and completion of living unit as assigned by the Director/Manager of Sales.
Keeps all appropriate parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
Communicates with the sales department and new resident to assure residential living units are ready for move-in.
Meets with existing residential residents when desiring to transition to another living unit on campus (residential or healthcare).
Communicates to appropriate team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
1-2 years admissions/social services experience preferred Previous experience in senior living industry preferred Detail orientated Has the ability to work multiple projects simulaneously Has a team player/ willing to help mentality Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and ability to learn CRM/ Matrixcare Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
