Responsibilities:
Oversight of strip centers including retail, office, and flex spaces Essential skills:
Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades Management of fit-outs and supervision of new construction projects Collaboration with subcontractors to gather bids Coordination with townships to secure necessary permits Consistent ability to meet deadlines Maintenance of sites, encompassing snow removal, landscaping schedules, and subcontractor coordination On-call availability Monday through Thursday Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 6 weeks Negotiable salary (disregard Indeed's listed salary for this position) If you possess experience in property management and the required skills, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
