Business Process Principal Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc.
seeks a Business Process Principal Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for Application Process Design and implementation.
Expectations and Tasks:
Define customer process model and execute discovery workshop.
Design and implement application architecture.
Implement and test applications and processes.
Handle application integration, development and validation.
Responsible for integration topics such as user system and process integration.
Ensure data consistency, and performance and exception management.
Handle architecture and infrastructure and define technical architecture, landscape and underlying infrastructure.
Provide detailed architecture blueprint as basis for other work streams.
Setup project and production landscape, as well as software logistics, provide user access and introduce security aspects.
Define the implementation strategy and migration approach to transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Implement rules for mapping and technical, rule-based data quality measures.
Define customer target operational mode.
Integrate new business solutions or technical components into operation and setup or optimize operation control center.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field and 7 years of progressive experience in the job offered or related occupation.
The Company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Work
Experience:
Experience must involve 4 years in the following:
o Define Roadmap and future state architecture for Customer's Solution Landscape meeting strategy of Intelligent Enterprise;o Technical architecture and Infrastructure for HANA and SAP S/4HANA;o Hyperscaler specific infrastructure solutions and virtualization technologies applicable to application deployment;o Database technologies and performance tuning;o Plan and architect de-escalation strategy and bring solution back to operations;o Define business continuity strategy for Hybrid landscapes; o Define UX and integration strategy for Intelligent Enterprise;o Custom Code Governance Strategy and extend custom applications on SAP Business Technology Platform; ando Define instance and landscape strategy with Software Change Management Best Practices for Hybrid landscapes.
Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

SAILCompensation Range Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is $122,262 to $181,305.
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity.
SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.
The targeted combined range for this position is $146,000 to $248,200.
The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
as determined through the selection process.
Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
