Responsibilities include:
Takethe lead in processing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), QualifiedMedical Child Support Orders (QMCSOs) and subpoenas.
Workwith Legal Counsel and plan actuarial consultants on processing the morecomplicated domestic relations orders.
Responsiblefor assisting callers with QDRO and QMSCO related inquiries.
Accountabilities:
1) Must maintain acceptable and predictable attendance.
2) Must have knowledge of Pension and Health Benefit Plans 3) Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, membership, attorneys, Business Representatives and professional service providers.
